he HYSEAC Cleansing Cream offers a gentle purifying action to reduce excess sebum and comfort for skin that is prone to blemishes and is sensitive to drying treatments. The skin is left cleaned, calmed, and fully cleansed after using this product, which is very well tolerated.

Cleansing Cream calms and heals the skin because of the proprietary Cerasterol-2F complexs activity and the advantages of glycine.

  • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
  • The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
