Loreal Fine Flowers Toner is a deeply nourishing formula that sweeps away toxins and impurities. Loreal has combined extracts of Rose and Jasmine Flowers, in a toner for soft, comfortable, and fresh skin. Floral extracts of Rose and Jasmine replenish vital moisture to the complexion in order to soothe any tightness or discomfort. They form a protective barrier against free radicals and other environmental stressors. Rose is known for its soothing and comforting properties while Jasmine is renowned for its protecting and moisturizing properties.

Usage

Apply in the morning and evening using a cotton pad and sweep over the face and neck. Avoid the eye area.

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
