How To Use:
Place the towl or cope around your shoulders and put on the enclosed gloves, remove the cap from the color cream tube and piece the tube seal with the point of the cap, pour the entinre content of the color cream tube into the applicator bottle, close the applicator bottle and shake well until you have a smooth mixture, unscrew the cap from the applicator bottle ad apply the product immediately.
Apply the mixture lock for working from the roots to the ends, distrubute the color evenly using the comb and massage through the hair, leave the mixture for 30mins on the hair (Total 30min), After the development time, add a little warm water and massage the cream with the fingertips from the scalp and hair, rinse throughly with warm water until the water runs clear.

Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
