How to use our Electronic Blackhead Remover:
1. Before using the remover you must use a facial steamer or hot towel for 10 minutes to warm your face and open up your facial pores, keep the face moist.
2. While using the remover please do not stay in one spot for too long. Move the remover around in a direction along the way (do not move back and forth).
3. After using the remover please use a cold towel or cold mask to close your facial pores and after that apply face moisturizers.
4. Don’t stay in one place for more than 2 seconds in order to protect your skin, adjust the suction properly according to your own skin.
5. Don’t press the suction head on the skin with force, the equipment itself has high adsorption.
6.All of these tips are very critical for you to get the best result. Please follow these tips carefully when you use our Blackhead Remover.

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
