Mustela BIO Organic Melting Massage Balm 90g is a massaging product that nourishes and hydrates the skin of the baby. Its melting texture allows a relaxing massage to the baby, for a special moment of bonding at any time. Featuring a minimalist formulation of nine ingredients and 100% of natural ingredients, this product melts onto the skin of the baby. Organic sunflower oil not only hydrates but also leaves the skin feeling soft. 

How to Use:

Apply a small amount of Mustela BIO Organic Melting Massage Balm 90g and massage gently onto the dry skin of the baby. When in contact with water, the product transforms into a gentle cleansing milk.

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
