Fortify and restore dry hair with SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo. Our moisturizing shampoo delivers deep hydration to hair that has been damaged or is transitioning. Blended with fair trade shea butter, argan oil and sea kelp, our deeply hydrating and nourishing shampoo helps to replenish and seal in moisture to dehydrated strands and reduce split ends. How to use: Apply this moisturizing shampoo to wet hair, gently massage and work into a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, pair with our Raw Shea Butter Deep Moisturizing Restorative Conditioner. Work conditioner through hair from roots to ends. Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For deeper conditioning, leave on for up to 15 minutes. As a leave-in, work a dime-sized amount through damp hair, then style as desired. We are natural, sustainably produced goodness. • Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
