Rica Banana Beads Wax is a strip-less wax for even the most sensitive skin. Rica Beads Wax is Soft, Gentle but Strong, and Suitable for even the most sensitive skin. It is used in thin layers compared to traditional hard wax and works at low temperatures. The wax hardens after application once it’s cooled thus allowing easy removal with fingers. No cloth or paper is required

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
