L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Metal Detox Mask is a professional hair mask for color-treated hair. This mask will not only nourish and soften the hair but also protect it from metal particles. The accumulation of metal particles on the hair depends on many aspects. From differences in hair porosity to the water quality, metal can deposit inside the hair fiber over time. More importantly, this accumulation can lead to an increased risk of breakage and may impact negatively the hair color, both during and after the coloring services. Therefore, more than detoxifying the hair it is important to protect it and prevent future damage.

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
